Does anyone feel like I do that the states are holding on to the lottery money and not letting people win,
here in Texas they use to show the nightly drawing before the news, you actaully could see the balls come out
of the hopper blown in the tube... not anymore... You can play modified wheels and nothing wins... Hmmmmm
makes you wonder...
